Sânmartin Nursery – A cheerful and functional space for little ones
Childhood is about play and learning, and the space where children spend their time should be joyful and full of opportunities for exploration. We are happy to have contributed to transforming the Sânmartin Nursery into a warm and welcoming place, where every detail is designed for the safety, comfort, and joy of the children.
Children’s Furniture – Custom-made nursery furniture
For the two classrooms, the furniture is adapted to the children’s needs, with shelves for storing toys, upholstered benches, and table+chair sets designed for creative activities. Play and movement are essential at this age, so we integrated a padded foam play set – a safe and interactive area with a climbing slope and a ball pit.
A clever feature of this project is the retractable beds, integrated into a cabinet with drawers. These can be easily hidden when the children are active, offering more space for play, and quickly extended when it’s nap time. The dining area was designed to combine functionality with a playful aesthetic. The chairs, carved in shapes of crowns and animals, add a touch of magic, and the versatile tables allow for space reconfiguration depending on the activity. In addition, children can enjoy a colorful mini kitchen, perfect for role-playing games with wooden fruits and vegetables.
The cheerful atmosphere of the nursery is completed by wall paintings created by artist Anda Pop and an interactive wooden wall game – a winding track with movable pieces, designed to stimulate children’s creativity and coordination.
Every corner of this nursery was created to turn learning and playing into a joyful experience. We’re proud to have helped create a space where little ones can explore and dream every day!
